چکیده :
This paper presents a fully MOS current-mode curvature compensated bandgap voltage reference. A new method has been utilized for Complementary-To-Absolute-Temperature voltage generation. In addition, temperature compensation with curvature correction has been carried out. The bandgap reference circuit has been simulated in the 0.18 μm CMOS process. The simulation results demonstrated that the new BGR produces a 1.18 V reference voltage with ultra-low current consumption of 2.19 μA. The temperature coefficient is almost equal to 6.8 ppm/°C and the PSR is -68 dB at 1 MHz offset.
