چکیده :
This paper introduces an extended continuous-mode power amplifier based on inverse class-F, in which, fundamental and harmonic impedances have variable real and imaginary parts. It also presents simulation results for an example of this mode which is designed using the nonlinear model of the CG2H40025 device. The designed power amplifier covers the frequency range of 0.4~2.7 GHz and exhibits an efficiency of more than 64% over the entire bandwidth. It delivers an output power of 42.7~44.7 dBm and a power gain of 9.7~11.7 dB across this range, maintaining gain flatness of ±1 dB.
