Third Harmonic Generation Improvement with BIC based Perovskite Metasurface

چکیده :
Third harmonic generation (THG) is one of the most important and widely used nonlinear processes that facilitate access to the desired wavelengths. High quality factor (q-factor) resonance plays an important role in the increasement of light confinement and light-matter interaction required in the THG process. In this study, a perovskite nonlinear metasurface based on bound states in the continuum (BIC) for THG is presented. By exiting BIC, frequency conversion efficiency (FCE) is improved 3.2×102 times.
