چکیده :
A wearable bio-impedance spectroscopy (BIS) system designed for remote monitoring of heart failure patients is presented. Leveraging bio-impedance as a non-invasive signal, the system enables continuous monitoring of vital parameters, optimizing treatment strategies and patient care. The system achieves a high-resolution of 100mΩ, accompanied by low noise and distortion levels, ensuring accurate and reliable measurements. The implementation is carried out in 65nm technology with a 1.2V supply voltage and power consumption of 720µW. Operating within the frequency range of 10KHz to 1MHz, the system captures 16 distinct samples, facilitating the generation of the Cole-Cole plot for comprehensive tissue analysis.
