Few-layered phosphorene synthesis by CVD approach as an anode for sodium-ion battery

چکیده :
Chemical vapor deposition (CVD) technique have been used to synthesis few-layered nanosheets of phosphorene. The nanosheets of phosphorene have been deposited on silicon substrate and transferred onto the stainless steel substrate for electrochemical tests as an anode for sodium ion battery. The battery has been assembled in an Argon filled glovebox. The results show that the synthesized black phosphorene offers a steady special capacity of around 150 mAh/g.
