چکیده :
Tomography plays an important role in imaging, especially medical imaging. One of the most important parts affecting the speed and accuracy of tomography is choosing the right image reconstruction algorithm. Photoacoustic tomography has grown significantly in recent years due to its non-invasiveness and low risk and at the same time high optical contrast with good ultrasound resolution. In this presentation, by choosing photoacoustic tomography in diagnosing breast tumors, we studied the accuracy and speed of two image reconstruction algorithms suitable for the proposed geometry. According to the simulation results of the spatial phase-controlled algorithm and algebraic algorithm at COMSOL, the spatial phase-controlled algorithm is 24.48 seconds faster than the algebraic algorithm and has a better resolution compared to the algebraic algorithm. According to these results, the appropriate choice of the image reconstruction algorithm based on the geometry and type of tomography plays a significant role in the resolution and speed of tomography.
