Properties of Co-Ni-Fe Electroplated Thin Film on Indium Tin Oxide Coated Transparent Polymer Substrate

چکیده :
A concise description of morphological, elemental and magnetic properties of Co-Ni-Fe alloy electroplating on the readily available indium tin oxide (ITO) was performed in this paper. After deposition, scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and energy dispersive X-ray spectroscopy (EDS) were utilized in order to investigate the morphology and elemental dispersion on the electroplated alloy film. Afterwards, vibrating sample magnetometry (VSM) was utilized in order to extract the magnetic behavior of the aforementioned film. The results demonstrated a uniform and defect-free thin film on the ITO surface and significant ferromagnetic soft magnetic behavior on the film was detected.
