چکیده :
Carbon-based sensors are constructed from carbon-based materials as their prominent components. These sensors have brilliant features such as higher sensitivity, faster response time and higher accuracy features. In addition, based on the simulations of this paper and according to the reported experimental results of previous works, there is a linear relation between ethanol concentration and sensor electromotive force in carbon based sensors. In this paper, a Schottky sensor is presented on the basis of carbon nanotube models. In this sensor, the I-V characteristic follows the applied voltage. This effect of I-V characteristic will be indicated by measurement results, too. Also, the impressive effects of diameter and length variations on the conductance and currents of the carbon nanotube FETs will be studied, too.
