To submit a paper, first register on the main page of the conference and in the user panel you can pay the conference fee according to the conference fee table and upload the paper file in the paper submission section.

The certificate of presentation with the names of all the authors will be given to the presenter of the paper after presenting the paper in the relevant meeting (oral/poster).

Participation in the conference is possible only for those who have registered.

Please pay attention to the following points before editing and sending the paper:

• The papers should contain new findings about the thematic areas of the conference and should not be published before.
• Papers should be prepared and organized according to the guidelines available on the conference website. Papers that do not follow the mentioned patterns will not be sent for reviewing.
• You can submit your paper in Farsi or English for the conference.
• If at any stage, the occurrence of fraud or research violation is proven in relation to a paper, the paper will be removed from the program, the consequences of this matter will be directed to the authors of the paper.
• Persian papers should be presented in maximum six pages and English papers in maximum five pages.
• It is worth mentioning that the English papers of the previous courses of this conference have been indexed in IEEE Xplore and the related work is being followed up for this course as well.

Submitting author should confirm that:

• The authors have entirely presented original works, and if the authors have used the work and/or words of others, it has been appropriately cited or quoted.
• The manuscript is solely submitted to this conference and has not already been published or submitted elsewhere.
• All the co-authors have seen and approved the paper contents and have agreed to its submission for publication.
